Tasting Notes

Of Course we made it 5.8%, it's in honour of the 5.8L motor, the 351 (hence 35.1 bitterness units). We brewed it from German Pilsner malt, Southern Cross hops and lager yeast. We put it in a bottle with a pair of wide black stripes, and let it loose!
