Tasting Notes
This is one hell of a hoppy beer. Brewed on the 50L pilot plant using Wuertemberger flowers picked that very morning from home. It has a brown colour, a very strong hop leaf aroma, and a decent bitterness. The flowers were a bit premature when harvested, giving this beer a slightly green-tea like aroma and very fruity ale character.
