Tasting Notes

For those who've sampled the real Kentish and Midlands India Pale Ales, this is a blissful re-creation of a very artful style. Using ripe two row pale ale malt, and both Fuggles and Goldings hops, and a top cropping yeast, we've brewed up a tasty English ale for our second run on the pilot brewery.
